Compact DC/DC Series for High-Performance Gate Drive Applications

This product is an isolated power module series that provides an economical and high-performance solution in a compact 36-pin SSOP SMD package measuring just 12.83×7.5×3.55mm. The isolated modules have multiple input ranges and can handle a maximum rated power of 2.5W, covering 8.5V to 27VDC depending on the selected variation and temperature range, and supporting nominal voltages of 12V, 15V, and 24VDC.
